Hello! I am a Frederick native, growing up in Mt. Airy. I graduated from Urbana High and then went on to Towson University, where I earned a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2013. I have always been into sports and fitness which brought me to attend massage school. I thought fitness/rehab and massage were the perfect pairing.

Once I started bodywork, it was not only a physical connection but a mental connection as well. I fell in love with helping people and making them feel the best they can mentally, physically, and emotionally. I have been an LMT for 7 years and have worked with clients on a variety of concerns and needs. Specializing in Deep tissue, Medical, and Swedish massage.
